Traveling to Paris right now is pretty much out of the question. Grabbing dinner from the Chicago French Market is the next best thing. The European-influenced food hall is made up of various local vendors who represent cuisines from all over the globe. And with curbside pickup currently available (as well as limited indoor dining), it couldn’t be easier to get your fix of French pastries or Filipino food.
If you’re craving the former, order from Vanille Patisserie. Best known for its classic French macarons, the bakery also crafts tarts, croissants, cakes, and other Parisian-inspired sweets. For a taste of something savory, grab a meal from the newly debuted A Taste of the Philippines. What was once a food truck has now become a brick-and-mortar spot where you can grab chicken adobo rice, Filipino egg rolls (AKA lumpias), and Scotch eggs. The food stall also churns out sweet and unique ube doughnuts and waffles!
